There is no trust among the Blood, those precious few gifted with magical Jewels and the power of the Craft. Whatever trust used to exist has been destroyed by Dorothea SaDiablo as she purges the Realm of strong males and stronger females - of anyone who might oppose a mere Priestess ruling as only a Queen can. A young, powerful Queen has managed to live in secret, avoiding Dorothea's attention, for most of her life. But now, she's been discovered and her very life is in danger. a Warlord Prince defects from Dorothea's court to protect this young Queen, and together they flee from Dorothea SaDiablo's influence. They travel across Terreille, desperately searching for a safe haven, perhaps eventually making their way to Kaeleer. This plot would focus on the growing relationship between the Queen and Warlord Prince as they dodge the danger of Dorothea's pet Queens and survive in the wilds to escape her grasp.

He has been abused and tortured by a cruel Queen's court. with nothing left, barely even his dignity, he manages to escape his captors and flee to a safe place, far from their reach, but doing so costs him nearly everything he has left. Exhausted, brutally injured, and utterly alone, he collapses on the edge of a forest. not long after a Healer or Black Widow discovers him. Horrified by his physical state, she brings him home with her, healing his body and his mind as he explores a Realm free of Dorothea SaDiablo's taint. This plot focuses on the relationship between a damaged Warlord Prince and his savior as well as exploring mental health and recovery.

Over the next twenty years, mercenary bands and warlords have torn the realm to pieces, all but destroying a world already on the brink of destruction. But in the Territory of Hayll, a young witch was born shortly before the purge. It is her dream to repair the damage done to her world, to unite her people, to save them all. this plot follows a Queen's attempts to save Hayll, and the entirety of Terreille, from crumbling after the purge at the end of the trilogy.
